Shattered Chains by Polytheist I hear you, I know you, In your back, their eyes burn holes I know that the cruelty, You do, not deserve this What evil, inhumane, how can they truly have souls So easy to believe, revenge passes for justice Reclaim what you deserve, Take it back The chains are broken There’s nothing wrong with you, You don’t need to be like them I know its frustrating. Be strong you’ll win in the end. Don’t hate them, pity them. They are slaves, oblivious. Their desperate, acceptance. They fear the world’s disgust. The Bones That Face the God Throne by Polytheist Holy soil taken from the blood stained hills of the crucified Christ By the abbot of sedlec, for his peoples bohemian burial site They thought three days, decomposed, nothing left, but their bones And so the people of sedlec was destined to be, entombed Plague, hath raped the land Decomposed, freed from their bones The walls weaved, weaved with their heads And the, Bones that face the god throne, god throne Pyramids made from the dead The black death, killed indiscriminate, piling up the bodies Bring out your dead, over forty thousand buried in the holy hole For years they rest in peace, but then exhumed to make room So the temple was lined with the bones of those immortal souls Black Death, too many were taken Decomposed, freed from their bones The walls weaved, weaved with their heads And the, Bones that face the god throne, god throne Pyramids made from the dead But Plague hath raped the land, leaving nearly nothing left Way to much was taken by the black death Decomposed, freed from their bones The walls weaved, weaved with their heads And the, Bones that face the god throne, Pyramids made from the dead

Warmonger 04:48
Warmonger by Polytheist Won’t you call for war, my friend, Cut down you enemies, make them bleed for, not being, the chosen people. Kill and pillage, and take, anything, you need, Bury your enemies, Upon them build your steeple Construct your devious plan, Train your savage Calvary March to your sacred land, And unleash your holy greed (repeat) You were promised a homeland Someone else beat you there Don’t worry cause your god will understand Justify what you plan with a self-righteous prayer Run for the Hills and, Disappear for, the chosen, approach your haven Fight or flight, for their prophesy, you die Protect your family, give everything to save them Construct your devious plan, Train your savage Calvary March to your sacred land, And unleash your holy greed (repeat) You were promised a homeland Someone else beat you there Don’t worry cause your god will understand Justify what you plan with a self-righteous prayer Warmonger! Warmonger! Won’t you call for war, my friend, to kill and claim your land again. Won’t you call for war, my friend, to kill and claim your land again. You were promised a homeland Someone else beat you there Don’t worry cause your god will understand Justify what you plan with a self-righteous prayer

The Veil 05:05
The Veil by Polytheist Reaching, you’re reaching, reaching for something, something to call your own. Dying for something, crying for nothing, something that won’t erode. The veil Fallen heroes they reprimand, Brave martyrs go to waste Rather than to take a stand they cower from those they will not face The mist has veiled translucent hail, and pummeled out the heroes trail The women weep, disparaged wail, where is hope when heroes fail The veil Reaching, you’re reaching, reaching for something, something to call your own. Dying for something, crying for nothing, something that won’t erode. Fallen heroes they reprimand, Brave martyrs go to waste Rather than to take a stand they cower from those they will not face I will not envy the self-pity you’ll endure, when you realize what a waste your life has been The mist has veiled translucent hail, and pummeled out the heroes trail The women weep, disparaged wail, where is hope when heroes fail The weary people beg for change, and yet routine remains the same Too afraid to risk their skin, and more content, to hide with in The mist has veiled translucent hail, and pummeled out the heroes trail The women weep, disparaged wail, where is hope when heroes fail Reaching, you’re reaching, reaching for something, something to call your own. Dying for something, crying for nothing, something that won’t erode

T.A.O.I. 04:25
TAOI (The Art of Imperfection) by Polytheist The Fire Dies, The void inside. To achieve perfection is to invite death, With nothing left for which to strive All that remains is to die, all that remains is to die Perfection is nothing more than a detestful ego flaw Possessed by the wicked, And your conceited gods Least we submit to the stagnant death, forgo growth to the very last breath The journeys over, recession begins and ill smile through death with all of my sins. The Fire Dies, The void inside. To achieve perfection is to invite death. With nothing left for which to strive All that remains is to die, all that remains is to die Perfection is nothing more than a detestful ego flaw Possessed by the wicked, And your conceited gods Your perfect being devised a plan to implement fatal flaws in man The perfect plan to force dependence succeeded as were now all damned Least we submit to the stagnant death forgo growth to the very last breath The journeys over, recession begins and ill smile through death with all of my sins. Your perfect being devised a plan to implement fatal flaws in man The perfect plan to force dependence succeeded as were now all damned

Heart of Fire by Polytheist They say those who preach don’t know, and those who know don’t speak. Those who peach don’t know, and those who know don’t speak. There comes a time in every man’s life when he should decide Will he be consumed or will he rise reborn with a heart of fire Born of a quest for all the knowledge on the wall Born of a holy well, obsessed with fear of hell Born of a fear to hear the god inside yourselves Born of a blindness to whats clear, man know thyself Born of a quest for all the knowledge on the wall Born of a holy well, obsessed with fear of hell Born of a fear to hear the god inside yourselves Born of a blindness to whats clear, man know thyself The inner doctrine, the inner doctrine sealed in tombs beneath Words of freedom, words of freedom are imprisoned as we Seek the fire, seek the fire, the living deity The light will fade, the light will fade, cursed are the meek. Burned released, no longer deceased, god of flame, the Nazarene babe Ritually made, symbolically slain, stars ignite, eternal reincarnate. Burned released, no longer deceased, god of flame, the Nazarene babe Ritually made, symbolically slain, stars ignite, eternal reincarnate. American Snake Charmer by Polytheist Red blood, clouding our sight. Grasping, blurring the peace we’ve found. The weight of the world, comes crashing down. The enemy slithers through our midst, poisoning those whose eyes are open. Carelessly we fight for irrelevance, unbeknownst our coffin nails are driven This strength, It cannot be ignored, something so profound. This pressure, pushes to the floor, but cannot hold us down. Seems the silence screams, no relief, even in dreams. For more they’ll ask when all is taken, innocence forsaken. Decapitate the figure head, peace remaining when all are dead. Deception reigns prevalent, eradicate the malevolent These eyes that love us, we mustn’t disappoint. These eyes that judge us, we must never prove right. These eyes that need us, we must provide. These eyes that hate us, oh yes we shall fight. What’s left when the dust settles to the ground? Stand up, protect our way. Soldiers take the enemy down. The secrecy penetrates your world, weakening those who do not see it. Pointlessly we focus on diversion, misinformed we vote in their perversion. This strength, It cannot be ignored, something so profound.
